UPDATED RETURNS POLICY DURING COVID19
If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund. We have extended our returns time to 10 days from the day you receive your order. Please package the garment and send it to us within 10 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly. Unfortunately if it is later than 10 days we may not be able to issue a refund.
If you wish to return any item purchased the cost of the return is not covered by Biba Boutique this is at your own cost. However if you wish to exchange your item we will cover the cost of sending the new garment to you.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
If you have a found a garment to have a flaw or a fault please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the garment as soon as possible.
Please be sure to contact us BEFORE sending any return back. You can then courier your item back or deliver it in store to either Biba Boutique.
If you are in love with your garment but are not quite happy with the size or colour we won’t hesitate to try and exchange your garment. If we don't have your size or colour available we will process a full refund for you.

2. Please take care to package your return, and we would love you to re-use the box that your order arrived in.

5. Please choose an express trackable shipping method! Unfortunately the unexpected can occur and we are unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We expect you to use a courier service, please do not use a standard post as this option is not trackable and can take too long to arrive back which can affect your refund.
